Terms of use

Updated: 3 November 2026

These terms govern the use of ouivisa.com, published by Conseil Voyages under the OuiVisa brand. Using the site means you accept them.

Purpose of the site

ouivisa.com offers free guides to visa formalities from Algeria (documents, official fees, steps, official links), presents the e-Visa service sold by Conseil Voyages (see the Sales terms), and refers travellers to partner agencies for visas that require a consular appointment.

Published information

The information is compiled from the official sources named on each page, with their update date. Countries' rules can change without notice: always check the official website named before applying, booking or travelling. The information is general and is not legal or immigration advice; OuiVisa does not provide residency, work-permit or settlement services.

No guarantee

OuiVisa is not affiliated with any embassy, consulate or government body. The decision to grant a visa belongs solely to the authorities of the destination country. Nothing on this site guarantees that a visa will be granted or how long it will take.

Partner agencies

OuiVisa may refer you to partner travel agencies. The “OuiVisa Partner” badge means: commercial partner of OuiVisa, not accredited by any embassy or visa centre. Services provided by a partner agency are governed by the contract you make directly with it.

Umrah and Hajj

OuiVisa does not sell Umrah packages: we connect you with ONPO-licensed agencies. Organization, the Nusuk visa and guidance are the licensed agency's remit.

External links

Links to official portals and other sites lead to websites Conseil Voyages does not control and is not responsible for. Always use the destination's official portal, never an unidentified intermediary site.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site for an unlawful purpose, harm its security, scrape its content in bulk, or republish it without permission (see the Legal notice).

Personal data and local storage

See the Privacy policy and the Cookies page.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Algerian law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution is sought first through [email protected]; failing that, the competent Algerian courts have jurisdiction.
