Controller

Conseil Voyages, a tourism and travel agency in Cherchell (Tipaza), is the controller of the data collected through ouivisa.com (see the Legal notice). E-mail: [email protected].

Data-protection officer

Conseil Voyages appoints a member of its staff as personal-data protection officer, in accordance with Article 41 bis of Law No. 18-07 (inserted by Law No. 25-11). You can reach this officer at [email protected].

When you browse the site

• The site requires no account, has no forms and uses no audience-measurement or advertising tool.
• Your choice of light or dark theme is stored only on your device (the browser's local storage) and is never sent to us (see Cookies).
• Fonts and flags are hosted on the site itself: browsing sends no request to any third party.
• Cloudflare, the site's host, processes your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site against attacks.
• If you e-mail us, we use your message and address only to reply.

When you order (e-Visa)

Online ordering is not open yet. The rules below will apply when it opens, and to orders sent by e-mail.

• Data: identity and contact details, passport data page, photo, trip information and the documents required by the destination's authorities.
• Purpose: preparing and submitting your visa application on your behalf on the destination's official portal, following it up, and invoicing.
• Basis: your explicit consent at order time, and performance of the service you request.
• Recipients: the destination's authorities (through their official portal), Chargily for card payments (card details are entered on Chargily's payment page; Conseil Voyages never sees them), and our technical hosts.

Storage outside Algeria

Order files (including the passport page and photo) are stored on Supabase servers in Frankfurt (European Union); the website is hosted by Cloudflare. This storage outside Algeria only takes place with your explicit consent, asked for when you order; without it, the order cannot be processed online.

Automated passport reading

Automated passport reading (artificial intelligence) is off by default. It only runs if you switch it on with a separate, explicit consent, to fill in your details from your passport page. You can always type your details yourself.

Retention

• Passport images and photos: deleted 30 days after the visa decision.
• Order and invoice records: kept to meet Conseil Voyages's accounting and legal obligations.
• E-mails: as long as needed to handle your request.

Declaration to the national authority

Online ordering will only open after this processing has been declared to the national personal-data protection authority (ANPDP).

Your rights

Under Law No. 18-07 you have the right to information, to access and rectify your data and to object to its processing on legitimate grounds, and you may withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting earlier processing). Write to [email protected] with proof of identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the national personal-data protection authority.

Security

Pages and files travel over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to order files is limited to the Conseil Voyages staff handling your order.

Changes

This policy may be updated, in particular when online ordering opens. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
