Seller

The seller is Conseil Voyages, a tourism and travel agency in Cherchell (Tipaza). OuiVisa is its brand. Conseil Voyages sells the service, issues the invoice and collects every payment. See the Legal notice.

The service

Assistance with an e-Visa or electronic travel authorization application: checking your eligibility and your file, filling in and submitting the application on your behalf on the destination's official portal, paying the government fee, and following the application up to the decision. The service includes no immigration advice.

Prices

Prices are in Algerian dinars (DZD). The invoice shows two separate lines:

• the destination's government fee, re-invoiced at cost, on its own line;
• the OuiVisa service fee, on another line, VAT included (at 9 %).

The e-Visa service fee falls into one of three tiers, shown to you before you order:

Payment

Payment by Chargily (CIB or EDAHABIA card) or by bank transfer. Cash is not accepted. Conseil Voyages issues an invoice for every order.

Your obligations

You provide accurate and complete information and documents and check the summary before submission. An error in the information you gave, or a missing or non-compliant document, may lead to a refusal for which Conseil Voyages is not responsible.

No guarantee

The decision to grant a visa belongs solely to the authorities of the destination country. Conseil Voyages does not guarantee that a visa will be granted, nor the processing time, which the authorities set. OuiVisa is not affiliated with any embassy, consulate or government body.

Refund policy

• The government fee is never refunded, including in case of refusal.
• The service fee is refunded only when the error is Conseil Voyages's (for example, a mistake we made when entering your details that led to the application being refused or rejected).
• To request a refund, write to [email protected] with your order number and the reason.

Personal data

Complaints and applicable law

Complaints go to [email protected]. These terms are governed by Algerian law, in particular Law No. 18-05 of 10 May 2018 on electronic commerce. In case of dispute, an amicable solution is sought first; failing that, the competent Algerian courts have jurisdiction.
