Long-stay study / residence in Liechtenstein from Algeria
Last verified: June 2026 (llv.li / APA source)
Can you study in Liechtenstein for more than 90 days from Algeria?
Only with great difficulty. For a stay of more than 90 days, you need a residence authorization issued by the Immigration and Passport Office (APA, Ausländer- und Passamt). However, Liechtenstein's residence quota is allocated by a lottery reserved for EEA/EFTA nationals: third-country nationals (including Algeria) are excluded, except in exceptional national-interest cases. OuiVisa does not assist with this: we always refer you to a licensed adviser.
