Can an Algerian use Suriname's e-Tourist Card?
No. The e-Tourist Card (the cheapest option, ~$50) is reserved for about 50 visa-waiver nationalities (mostly Western). Algeria is not one and must apply for the electronic e-Visa (see the Tourism tab). ⚠️ Many sites offer a « Suriname tourist card » to Algerians — it would be refused. Use only the official portal suriname.vfsevisa.com.
